Hello, my name is Karen Tait and I am the Manager.
I have worked in the caring profession for over 30 years after being trained in Rugby’s Hospital of St Cross as a Health Care Assistant, before moving to the private sector.
I later became a Registered Care Manager for more than 20 years,
managing a total of 8 different Nursing and Residential Care Homes, in and around Rugby. I later became an Operations Manager overseeing a total of 9 Care Homes, both here in Rugby and also in Dorset and Wiltshire.
I have a proven record of management and “hands-on” care skills and have a personal philosophy of care which demands that Service Users receive the same care, love and respect that members of our own family would expect; believing strongly that without these three basic values, people who are in care or who are being cared for at home, cannot have the quality of life to which they are entitled.
I have attended many training courses over the years that I have been working in the caring profession, my two highest qualifications accomplished being:
I have a bright and friendly personality with courteous telephone/verbal skills which makes me very approachable.
Hello, my name is Hannah, and I am proud to be a part of Bright Adult Day Care. With five years of experience in the care industry, I am dedicated to supporting and uplifting others through compassionate and attentive care.
I have strong interpersonal skills, allowing me to build meaningful connections, communicate effectively, and adapt to each individual's needs. I thrive in a team environment but also take initiative when needed to ensure the best possible support for our guests.
With first-aid medical training and Health and Social Care qualifications, I am well-equipped to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging experience for everyone in our care.
